Internationally certified quality management system

With our high-precision CNC lathes, CNC machining centres and other machines in climate-controlled plants, we can ensure quality production, especially for turning bodies, but also for many other types. In-process inspections and 100% visual inspection of outgoing goods ensure that the goods delivered meet the highest quality standards. We also try to be flexible in meeting our customers’ needs with our products and services.
We use regularly calibrated measuring instruments to check our documented processes, such as spectrometers, Brinnel hardness meters, 3D measuring machines, surface roughness meters and all the necessary measuring and inspection equipment. Since 2003, we have been operating a quality management system according to the ISO9001 standard, certified by TÜV SÜD. We regularly train and develop our colleagues and suppliers. We try to meet the needs of the medical instrument industry with validated casting processes.

Our quality policy

The management of Kokilla Prec Ltd. has defined the policies that guide the operation of the ISO 9001:2015 (MSZ EN ISO 9001:2015) quality management system.

Our company’s aim is to focus on the progressive improvement of quality in its tooling, Kokilla and die-casting aluminium casting, CNC machining and heat treatment activities, the increasing demands of our customers and the highly competitive market. The quality of the work carried out and customer satisfaction are crucial to the success of our business, and therefore the operation of an effective quality management system is a stated management objective.

It is of paramount importance to ensure the consistent and reliable quality of the products we manufacture through continuous monitoring and to maintain and strengthen the confidence of our new and existing customers.

All employees of Kokilla Prec Ltd. must be provided with the material and mental conditions for quality work and must be made aware of the impact of their work on quality.

It is the responsibility of all managers to introduce measures to achieve the above and to implement them with their staff.

The implemented quality management system complies with the requirements of ISO 9001:2015 (MSZ EN ISO 9001:2015) and is binding for the production activities of Kokilla Prec Ltd.

We consider the following to be essential conditions and objectives for the development of our company:

Our quality policy

Nagyprecizitású CNC-esztergagépeinkkel CNC-megmunkálóközpontjainkkal és más gépeinkkel, klimatizált üzemekben tudjuk a minőségi gyártást biztosítani, különösen forgástesteknél, de sok más típusnál is. A gyártásközi ellenőrzések és a kimenő áru 100%-os szemrevételező ellenőrzése biztosítja, hogy a kiszállított áru megfeleljen a legmagasabb szintű minőségi elvárásoknak is. Vevőink igényeit a termékeinkkel és szolgáltatásainkkal is rugalmasan próbáljuk kielégíteni.
Dokumentált folyamataink ellenőrzésére rendszeresen kalibrált mérőeszközöket használunk, pl. spektrométert, Brinnel-keménységmérőt, 3D-mérőgépeket, felületi érdességmérőt, valamint az összes szükséges mérő- és ellenőrzőeszközt. 2003-tól minőségirányítási rendszer működik cégünknél az ISO9001 szabvány szerint, melyet a TÜV SÜD tanúsít. Kollégáinkat, beszállítóinkat rendszeresen képezzük, fejlesztjük. Az orvosi műszergyártás igényeinek validált öntési folyamataikkal próbálunk megfelelni.

Minőségpolitikánk

A Kokilla Prec Kft. vezetősége meghatározta azokat az irányelveket, amelyek az ISO 9001:2015 (MSZ EN ISO 9001:2015) minőségirányítási rendszer működtetését irányítják.

Társaságunk célja, hogy a szerszámkészítés, kokilla- és nyomásos alumíniumöntés, CNC megmunkálás és hőkezelés tevékenységeiben a minőség fokozatos javítását, a megrendelők bővülő igényeit, valamint a rendkívül erős piaci versenyt fokozottan figyelembe vegye. Az elvégzett munka minősége és a vevői elégedettség döntő jelentőségű vállalkozásunk sikere érdekében, ezért a hatékony minőségirányítási rendszer működtetése a vezetés kinyilvánított célja.

Kiemelkedő fontosságú az általunk gyártott termékek állandó és megbízható minőségének biztosítása folyamatos ellenőrzéssel, illetve az új, és régi üzletfeleink bizalmának megtartása és erősítése.

A Kokilla Prec Kft.minden dolgozójának biztosítani kell a minőségi munkavégzés tárgyi, és szellemi feltételeit, és tudatosítani az általuk végzett munka minőségre gyakorolt hatását.
